Service and Support

Essemtec USA provides maintenance, service and spare parts support for all Essemtec equipment.  Our Philadelphia hub features dedicated service specialists for trouble shooting, as well as hotline support in English and Spanish.

The hub is complemented with Field Service Engineers strategically located for quick access to our large installed base of over 400 machines in North America.

 

Built-in Diagnostics for Trouble Shooting
Most Essemtec machines are equipped with extensive remote diagnostics and have built in capability to log all important machine traces such as motor voltages and currents, encoder signals, temperature and so forth. Thus we are able to trigger on intermittent events and perform advanced logic and spectrum analysis without hooking up additional measurement equipment.
